favorite all time line would have to be from LWW: Chapter 13.
"But Edmund had got past thinking about himself after all he'd been through and after the talk he'd had this morning. He just went on looking at Aslan. It didn't seem to matter what the witch said"
And from the next page: "Edmund was on the other side of Aslan, looking all the time at Aslan's face."
It just strikes me that at the moment when his life is on the line--he knows exactly where his strength and peace are and in whose face he will find both.
Its a powerful part of that scene for me.
And my second favorite would be from HHB
"But even a traitor can mend. I have known one that did."
I think its awesome that Lewis took time to show that Edmund's experience colored the rest of his life and he never forgot or took for granted the grace given him.

My favorite line in all 7 books is "tell the others to follow. If they will not, then you must follow me alone."
