North Pole, Alaska! Despite its name, it is approximately 125 miles from the true North Pole (at least according to Wikipedia).

Pooncarie, New South Wales. The Darling River, the longest of Australian rivers, has now reached this little town, its waters running free for the first time in over a year. But it is a bitter-sweet moment due to the lockdown of our state to combat the COVID-19 virus.
