Fortunately, this bear has been tagged by scientists studying it while it hibernates, and your arrival set off a few alarms. They get you safely out of the cave.

Unfortunately, these scientists aren't exactly friendly and don't like the fact that you were interfering with their experiment. They decide to detain you for questioning.

Fortunately, another huge snowstorm blows in and distracts the scientists before they can begin interrogating you.

Unfortunately, you decided to escape in the snowstorm, and now you're hopelessly lost.

Re: Fortunately/Unfortunately
Fortunately, you weren't going anywhere in particular anyway so wherever you end up will be better than where you started..

Fortunately the snowstorms stop as it is supposed to be high summer in the Northern Hemisphere, even around the Sierra Nevadas, so you are able to cautiously make your way out of the mountains.

Fortunately, your parasail can turn into a sailboat too, and you skim over the ocean like a gannet.

Unfortunately, the wind changes and begins to blow you toward the pirate's favourite haven.

Fortunately, you fold yourself and your craft very small and hitch a ride as the pirate leaves his haven.

Unfortunately, he shivers his timbers at the wrong moment and spots you hiding in his chest of gold.

Fortunately, he needs a cabin boy right now and drafts you for the job (hey, it beats walking the plank!)
But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.

Unfortunately, the pirate forgot to bring any limes on board his ship and you quickly get scurvy.

Re: Fortunately/Unfortunately
Fortunately everybody else has already got scurvy, so when the boat lands you recover quickly from eating native vegetation and can get away from your shipmates.
