I've compiled a list of some of the more popular movies and books, and listed the main characters of each. Which one is your favorite and why?

I have to say LOTR, though I do like the heroes in CON and Star Wars LOTR has more life to it if you know what I mean

You forgot Sherlock Holmes. He's becoming very popular now.
He's an awesome hero. He discovers things and a person within only a couple of seconds. He's always right (99.8% of the time at least)
A female would be Jill Pole, I'm like her in many ways and there were many obstacles I had to come to terms with like she did. I can relate to her really.

Re: Best Hero/Heroine of All Time
I don't have a favorite hero. Hero's come in all shapes and sizes but hero's are changable or exchangable. I can tell you Ben Skywalker is my favorite hero in all of Star Wars, Will Turner in pirates, Reepicheep in Narnia, but not one of them is exceptionally better than another. Each is in a perfect role for himself and to pick one as being better than another doesn't seem fair to me.
All that being said, Robin Hood should be on the list or perhaps just an "other" choice.

This did not have to be a Narnia forum for me to vote for the Friends of Narnia. Add to this the friends they met IN Narnia as well.

True! And he deserves it!
There are a lot more heroes, of course, than the ones I mentioned here. Unfortunately, it only gave me ten slots...

You can vote for hiccup too if you'd like. The poll was enabled for two votes per person.
