Yes, exactly! I laughed SO hard at that part! =)) I was in a grocery store, reading the book while my parents shopped, and having a pretty awful day. When I read that part, I was laughing so hard that I literally had to prop myself up against a pole because I was laughing too hard to stand by myself. Everyone in the store was staring at me; it was so funny. Then some stranger came up and started laughing with me. She had no idea WHY I was laughing, but she wanted to join in anyway. =))

Yup, when I laugh, I laugh hard... :D

I absolutely love Aslan, but as for the other characters, I picked Reepicheep, because he's brave, optimistic, and longing to reach Aslan's Country. What a guy! :D

I had to pick Jewel, he seems so noble in the books.

I agree to Elanor! :) Jewel is chivalrous and noble.

P.S.

Welcome! :)

Aslan, because I do not think it would be Narnia without him.

Correct Dinode. ;) The source of all existing things and non living things in Narnia comes from HIM.

I think some of Lewis' non-human characters are more interesting that his human characters! I can't imagine how he came up with characters like Puddleglum and Reepicheep. :)

^^ I like Aslan but I didn't vote for him since I know he's done so many things in the 7 books, so let's try the other characters, then I chose reepicheep!.As Queen Lucy had said in PC! Reepicheep is sooo cute!!..And loyal to his land and also for Aslan..That's a mouse! este, that's the spirit..:P

Oooh, this one was tough! I think we all like Aslan (who wouldn't?), and Reep is among the top five faves for me, but I have to say that I just adore Fauns! Mr. Tumnus has always been my favorite non-human Narnian, from the first time I read him, to the last time I watched him on screen last night! He's just...I don't know...appealing. He's the bad guy with a good heart, the traitor turned trusted, he's the first friend Lucy makes in Narnia. I just love the little guy! :ymhug:

Reepicheep has never failed to put me in a good mood, so I automatically thought of him. The whole concept of reep himself is amazing, and I love his couragfe, noble-ness and dedication, as well as if I wanted a friend, i know that I could count on Reep :)

But if I didn't have to choose just one, Aslan also holds a special place in my heart, because without Aslan there would be no Narnia, so... I really lovbe Aslan too :)

I voted Puddleglum. One line of his keeps jumping out at me:

"Suppose we have only dreamed, or made up, all of those things—trees and grass and sun and moon and stars and Aslan himself. Suppose we have. Then all I can say is that, in that case, the made-up things seem a good deal more important than the real ones."

This could be true for our world and our religious beliefs whatever they may be.

I voted other; my personal favorite is Trufflehunter from PC. Trufflehunter is probably one of my top 3 favorite characters in the entire series. The thing that stands out to me is his undying faith in Aslan. Even when all hope has faded and people such as Caspian may be beginning to doubt, Trufflehunter remains true. He has so many great lines which really excite me. The Beavers, Jewel, or Poggin would probably be in a tie for second.

I love puddleglum the best. He is so brave and noble. He is like me in a lot of ways, negative sometimes.

Puddleglum definitely! He is witty, humorous, and faithful in times of need. While he is pessimistic, that just adds to his humor and the power of his faithfulness.

I like Trumpkin. There's something about that grouchy dwarf that really like.
