They have a stand-in for peter when he does not do anything spectacular in VDT. My guess is that the stand-in is there to show him from either far away or behind him. My gut is saying that I dont think William will be shown at all in the film.

Anna we'll more likely see her in the Magician's book.

Anna Popplewell said on her facebook page that she wasn't going to be in VotDT.....so I guess that clears that up?
now about Peter: if he has a stand in, then Peter's character has something to do with VotDT! what is it! I want to know! I am hoping that the trailer will help figure it out!

Not really no..... Firstly because they are countless different facebook pages purporting to be Anna Popplewell, most of which are probably just random fans making a best guess estimate and what she might have to say on such things..... and secondly, even if by chance one of them did happen to be the real Anna Popplewell, i doubt she would be so careless as to give away any spoiler related information about a possible cameo in VDT to fans on her facebook.

I also saw that Liberty, but that comment was made in July of 2008. As Icarus said, it probably isn't really Anna to begin with, but even if it is, there has been plenty of time since then to make adjustments to the story. I'm not even sure there was a script for VDT that early in 2008.

That would be cool! I hope that Anna and Will will be in VDT...

I saw the 'stand in for Peter' headline and I said "Oh my goodness I can't believe this is happening..........." I would really like that!

Well now we know Anna has a small role in the Magician's book scene, but that could possibly be some form of CGI perhaps? Not sure, but It would be nice to see them both again, maybe just to show the people of the audience who haven't read the books what the two eldest Pevensies are up to.

This is probably true. The people said it was an image of Susan forming which makes me think of a picture of Susan instead of her moving. CGI, it is done a lot now so I wouldn't doubt it.

^^ maybe they will take a clip from PC and with CGI make it morph into Lucy?

It would probably be just as easy to just film her in front of a green screen. Didn't Anna visit the set? It would have been quite easy and cheap to get her into make up and film one or two shots with her.

That would be awesome if Will and Anna each had a small scene in VDT

well, having seen them in that new poster, I think they are going to be in VotDT! yay!

It does look like they are going to be in the movie. It'll be good to see them, but I hope it doesn't take up too much time.

I'd like to see all four Pevensies together at the very end, but I can't think of a way they would make that work at all, considering that Susan's gone to America and all.

Thanks to the release of the new VDT display, that pretty much publicly confirms they're in the film. I can also confirm that they have cameos, and not a big role. Going to go ahead and close this thread.
