I agree, and because he is grown alot, and the movie will be green-lit this year and come out next year

Yeah I keep on hearing and seeing things from people that when SC gets greenlit it'll come out in winter of 2013. I hope it's winter of 2012.

So it has been greenlit... or is going to be greenlit? I can't wait to see who is going to play Jill

At this point, The Silver Chair has not been officially green-lit. We don't have much to gone on except speculation, so it's up in the air right now.

That's the big question right now. I would prefer SC next, simply so that we could see more of Eustace However, it would be very interesting to see what they do with MN. Very curious to see how Charn would look onscreen!

That had me suprised when I saw it too... Maybe they greenlit all of them? I was sure by now that they'd do SC next...

I'm conflicted about this rumor about Perry Moore securing financing for MN. If it's true, then part of me is overjoyed to hear that there are indeed plans to continue the series. Another part is also excited to see what they could do with MN... I think it could make an awesome movie. However, there's still another part of me that dreads the thought of postponing SC; if they don't do it now before Will Poulter gets older, they may never do it, which would be terrible because Will was amazing as Eustace and I was really hoping to see more of him.

Ok I think we can all agree we'd rather have an older Will P than a new actor... So long as the production peoples don't recast him, I won't mind what one they do next, just as long as they do one (well except maybe LB for continuity purposes...)

Rumor about MN is slightly bothersome, I'd rather see SC made first for all of the reasons mentioned above....but if that means they're making more that would be great. Wonder how reliable that press quote about MN is.

I'm not gonna sugarcoat this... the same people who were pushing for MN to be made next feel Will P is perhaps too old already (or maybe in his case, too tall is more accurate). Even if they make SC next, I'm not certain that we'll see Will P as Eustace. Irritating, as Will was one of the few things in VDT I really enjoyed.

Will isn't too old for Eustace. Not by a longshot. I've met him recently in real life, and he doesn't look much older than myself (15). Really, I don't see what the issue is here.

They feel Will P is too tall?! Pah!!! Skandar grew 6 inches while filming LWW alone. And none of us complained. But if they recast Eustace, we will complain... oh trust me we will complain. And the one thing they can not lose is their fanbase... and I know that is the single and only thing that would make me boycott the franchise... and I have a feeling there are a bunch of NWers who feel the same way...

Whether they do MN first or not I don't really mind... my only nonnegotiable demand is that they keep Poulter as Eustace...
