I like your idea CharlotteRose, but perhaps it could be that she takes it off when crying and they find it behind the gym and they know that she has been there.
Also, if there is a coronation ceremony, should Jill be presented with a gold circlet crown type thing, or a simpler version of the crowns of Lucy and Susan which each had difference symbolic flowers, so like a daisy chain type effect....
I've had a look at this website, which states the meanings of some flowers:

And this is the really touching interview about the king and queens crowns:

Jill could be any of these plants-
Bamboo-Bamboo is an extremely versatile plant and has many uses, it represents growth and versatility.
Bloodroot- This herb is used to heal wounds and aid with regeneration. It symbolizes healing, strength and growth.
Reed-The reed symbolizes flexibility, rapid growth and expansion. Its stalks can also be used for making flutes. It is good for music, growth and expansion.

I think the crown would have to of flowers... perhaps:
- Daisies (purity, innocence, loyal love, beauty, patience and simplicity),
- Chamomile (energy in action),
- Day Lily Flowers (symbolic meaning is forgetting worries),
- Baby's Breath (purity of heart, innocence, and the breath of the Holy Spirit)
Forget-me-not's for memories is perfect, but is also for love which is inappropriate for the story line (the shape is beautiful, the colour too intense)
My favorite would have to be Baby's breath

But I would personally prefer a larger flower

I think jill should be tall a bit lower than Eustace, brown hair a little lighter than lucy, hazel eyes.
That is I cannot imagine jill pole with Blonde and Blue Eyes, For Me Jill Pole have a Hair brown and hazel eyes.

Re: Jill Pole: Appearance, Personality, and Portrayal
I've always imagined her with straight brown hair Although I don't think it would bother me if they changed it while they make the movie, just as long as she's shy and tomboyish like in the book.
The actress who I would have to play Jill is Madeline Duggan who is a british actress. If I remember right, she's the same age as Will Poulter (Eustace)

Ah, the almost non-stop discussion of who should play Jill Pole.
In the Reboot: Let's Cast the Pevensies thread, I kind of think she could play a Susan in the reboot, but I also think she could play Jill Pole.

Her name is Holly Bodimeade. I have never seen her act since she is on a TV show I don't think airs in the US called Paradise Cafe. If anybody has seen it, would you like to give some insight on her acting? I'm mostly judging a book by its cover in this case.

Madeline Duggan
She is 17 so around the same age... but for me she looks too modern.
I can't explain why
Holly B
Looks a little more right but I would have to see her act

I still vote for a blonde hair with hazel eyes... I can´t remember seeing a girl with blonde hair in the Narnia films, except Jadis...

Abigail Breslin as Jill Pole?
okay let me explain, one day I was very very very bored, and often times when I get bored I google stuff (I don't know why, so dont ask) so I googled jill pole
and there were a few links I clicked on and MOST of them said that Abigail Breslin
should be jill pole! I got mad. why? because alot of times people put famous people in movies just because of the name so people will watch it. and that drives me crazy! its just not fair to all the other people who wanted to be that charater
(did I spell that right?) and then someone already famous gets to be that charater.
now, I am not saying that Abigail will be Jill. but apprently people think she should
Any other thoughts?

I suppose that SC will be released after MN so we should choose a younger actress. Madeline Duggan = 17 + 5 = 22

I agree! Don't think about how you look.. it CAN be changed! Think about your acting skils!

Brown hair
Hazel eyes
Hair with body
and that is almost what I look like!
(well, my hair isn't curly and i'm not british )
