I tend to go quite strictly by lists, which definitely has its advantages, but is sometimes not too flexible either.
If you have a car, change your own tires from winter to summer, and vice versa?

Do! It's now in its 20th year and is epic novel length. I started it when I was suffering from depression and found that writing about each day helped me to get a better grasp on my thoughts, then found (as things got better) that I really loved writing it, so I've just kept it up. I have no idea what future historians will make of it (let alone of the author), but I won't be there to hear, so who cares?
(Must get on now and finish today's entry.)

Do not. I used to have quite a few, but gave them away when I was leaving the country some years ago!
Prefer a proper cooked meal at the table to a snack in front of TV?

Do - non fiction are in subject types but fiction are mostly in alphabetical order.
Read in bed before going to sleep?
