Mainly because we don't get much imported cheese from America to use on grilled cheese on toast. 
We use a variety of cheese called cheddar as a rule, but Cheddar is in England so the EU might require us to use a different name for locally made cheese.

Do not drink it at all--I've never developed a taste for coffee (My grandfather told me I wasn't grown up because I wouldn't drink coffee. )
