Isn't Samaritan's Purse one of the charitable organizations that is helping local churches in Australia to set up relief efforts?

Don't the usual charitable funds in Australia include The Smith Family, Vinnies (St Vincents), Salvation Army (Sallies), Red Cross & also Anglicare?

Haven't you heard that last weekend's torrential storms, which left part of Sydney without power, also finished off the bushfires as well as filling up Warragamba Dam from 40% to over 60%?

Doesn't that depend on whether the power lines are overhead as in older parts of Sydney, rather than underground as is more likely in outer suburbs?
