Sometimes - if I am working, or travelling very early. Last year I had to get up before 6 for three, for a job I had in London. Four years ago I got up that early twice a week for a beginners' running programme before work.

Never; there are few shops within a reasonable walking distance where I live and no sidewalks to ensure safety.
