Sometimes. I'm trying to be better about marking things on my calendar, and sometimes when I'm in the mood, I go overboard. 
But it's not consistent, because of course it isn't.

We always leave the house much colder than I would like anyways to conserve energy, so we don't turn it down even more when we go out.

I don't if my answer should be an "always" or a "sometimes." I usually use hand santizer when I need to wash my hands when there's no soap and water handy. But lately, I've been using it after I leave a store or something.

I am very conscious of saving energy.

Sometimes, especially if I'm in a public place. I also try to carry a bottle of hand sanitizer with me if I know that I'm going to have to touch door handles.

Sometimes, depending on my mood. Lately, I've been using dijon mustard (I can't stand regular yellow mustard for some reason).
