Sometimes, meaning quite often. With a culture which includes various waves of migrants, just about everything or anything could reasonably be considered "International foods", from Thai, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, to Mexican, South American, Middle Eastern, European, the lot.

I'm not going to say "always", but I'll say "often". 
One of the ways I stay sane at work is to "gamify" things by turning them into small challenges.

Sometimes! (We used to go to the ballet more when I was growing up—mainly The Nutcracker and Swan Lake, and other classics, as well)

Sometimes. I avoid buying anything I want to fit me online, and I tend to buy things like soap and essentials at brick & mortars, but almost all gift shopping is done online.

Sometimes. I used to go more often when I was younger. Now I don't have my own bike and riding around in our neighborhood isn't very fun, so I don't ride anymore. I'd really like to try cycling though.
