Sometimes. Although I would probably say a lot! I get startled easily, especially if I don't see or hear someone pass me. I also tend to scream when I'm startled.

Sometimes, but my door is almost always locked (it's one of those ones that always opens from the inside even if it's locked), so I'm usually pretty confident that I'm okay. 
ASN: Look something up on Wikipedia (or a similar site), and end up rabbit-trailing down a bunch of related articles?

Always! Usually, I check my reflection in the car window before I get into the car.

Sometimes, but it's not as bad as it used to be. I now have three chargers, one that stays at work, one that stays at home, and one that I take with me. Plus I have adapters so that I can use my family's chargers when I'm at their place. ...Basically, this used to be a huge problem of mine, so I've taken out all the stops to ensure it doesn't continue happening.

Never. Background noise is just too big a distraction for me whether writing, sleeping, or other things.

Never. Only because I rarely go to parks because there aren't really any nice ones nearby. The closest one is in a part of our town that doesn't feel very safe.
