Never. I pretty much always use more than one.

Always. Living in the UK, it's a good policy!!

Not usually, so I guess Sometimes, if that. I drink a LOT of water when I am home, so often don't really feel the need of taking more with me when I head into town.

Listen to music when falling asleep?

Sometimes — almost always if I'm on my own, but not if I'm with others and chatting.

Sometimes. Mostly I just hum "God save the Queen" really fast.

Sometimes. My family are in south-eastern Australia, so we have to factor in a 9 or 11-hour time difference, depending on the time of year (because the clocks go back in one hemisphere and forward in the other!).

Sometimes! If it's chilly, I have special fuzzy socks I wear with little animal faces and ears!

Sometimes, if they're being friendly. I'll also wave, although I'm not sure they understand that.

Sometimes (quite rarely, actually. It gets my brain going and then I can't go to sleep).

Sometimes, though not as often anymore. I haven't really written any letters since my grandma passed away (we corresponded very regularly). I do email some for work, but not much outside of that.
