1. FDR
2. Mine is from when I was four years old. Before we moved to live with my dad in the U.S., he sent us a large Christmas box full of goodies and a large Santa sock. It was Christmas Eve and the box had not been delivered yet, so my mom asked UPS if she could drive to their office to pick it up. All in one night, she drove out, put all the gifts in the large Santa sock, and hung it up. We woke up that day thinking Santa had left us his sock. ;))
3. Same question

1. Romans
2. Yes. When I was 14, I appeared in a TV commercial for a well-known UK brand of chocolate. It was filmed in Blackpool, one of England's most popular seaside resorts, on the top deck of an open-top tram on the promenade. It was a blazing hot day, 30 degrees Celsius = 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Not a cloud in the sky. What happens to chocolate in those conditions? It turns to indigestible mush. We filmed the same scene over and over, each time guzzling this disgusting mess and then spitting it out again. Then the director took us to the fun fair and put us on this rocket ride that went round and round quite fast, and filmed us on that, still eating the chocolate. I already had a migraine from the hot sun. By then my stomach had had enough... :ymsick:
3. Have you ever been faced with a menu in a foreign language and just picked something at random, not knowing what you'd get?
