Why doesn't it rain when people carry umbrellas with them?

Because rain is stubborn and refuses to come when it can't get someone who doesn't want to get wet. That's why you should always try to carry an umbrella, unless you live in an area with a drought.

Why do some people not like chocolate?(no offense to anyone who doesn't like it; I'm just wondering if someone can come up with a logical explanation.)

Speaking for myself, I find that if I have more than a small amount of chocolate I start to feel sick. I do like the taste, though. Incidentally, did you know that chocolate is toxic to humans? You need to eat at least 10 kg (22 pounds) in one go for it to kill you, though.

Why do the traffic reports on the radio never mention the traffic queue that you're stuck in?

It doesn't; you just notice those rainy days since you were hoping it wouldn't rain.
