Mario told me that he needed that particular pipe type to fix another, more-important-to-fix pipe, one that had a gas so dangerous, that if it was exposed to oxygen for too long, it would make a nuclear explosion (it was a nuclear gas). I'll get you a replacement pipe, it's just that the nearest place to get one is ten minutes away, and I needed it in under five minutes.

Well, my friend fired a gun in the air which smashed a hole in the roof causing a vacuum in the airplane we were in. The bullet hole which started out very small, became to expand, sucking all of those we were unbuckled through it. I tripped you to save your life! You should be THANKFUL.

It so happens I was testing the belief that an object can fly over a pit of some kind at a fast speed. It turns out that you need some good elevation for do actually do that, and you needed a new one anyway...
