Kevin Bacon Game - Rules Updated 7/9
Posted: Nov 27, 2011 8:02 amThe old joke was that Kevin Bacon had been in so many movies that if you named films/actors long enough you'd always get back to him.
The idea in this game is to make a circle that begins and ends with the same actor by connecting actors through other actors.
So, the first person posts two actors, along with the title of a film they were in together. The second person posts the second actor and a third actor and the movie they were both in. And so it goes until you get back to the original actor. Then pick another actor and the fun starts all over again!
RULES:
1. The game is just named after Kevin Bacon, we are not always trying to get back to him.
2. The actors must have been in the same movie to post them together.
3. Try to use common actors that most everyone has heard of in order to keep the game moving.
4. You ARE allowed to look up an actor that you don't know, but try your best before looking anyone up!
5. You must post the actor we are trying to get back to.
6. You may not use the same movie the post before you uses.
7. General forum rules apply.
EXAMPLE:
Person 1: Kevin Bacon/John Lithgow: Footloose
Person 2: John Lithgow/Eddie Murphy: Shrek
Remember we are trying to get back to Kevin Bacon
Person 3: Eddie Murphy/Oliver Platt: Dr. Doolittle
Remember we are trying to get back to Kevin Bacon
Person 4: Oliver Platt/Kevin Bacon: Flatliners; Liam Neeson/Natalie Portman: Star Wars I (The Phantom Menace)
