Do, if they existed and I had one. ;))

Read books in public places?
Some days you battle yourself and other monsters.
Some days you just make soup.

Do. All the time, especially in doctors' waiting rooms, on public transport, especially trains, planes but not buses.

Watch soapies on television, such as Days of our Lives?

Do not. I never really got into afternoon TV.

Listen to music as you fall asleep?

Not do. If I'm wearing headphones they wake me up when I turn over in my sleep, and if I'm listening through a speaker I risk disturbing other people in the house. I tried a Bluetooth sleep headband that allows you to listen to music from your phone but I have such a big head that it was way too tight.

Choose a slower route to enjoy the scenery?

Do, or have done. Because, besides the nicer scenery, there is often less traffic on a slower route, so slow and steady gets me to win the race.

Check use-by dates on any grocery items on your shopping list?

Yes, particularly perishables.

Read while traveling?
Some days you battle yourself and other monsters.
Some days you just make soup.

Yes, as a fee-paying passenger, when it is a long or longish journey. One thing about reading a good book or two, on a plane flight, for example, you can do so freely without interfering with the aeroplane's electronics, unlike a laptop or a mobile phone.

Read in doctors' waiting rooms?

Do not, When I'm in a doctor's I'm much to anxious to read.

Go to a store for a specific item and then forget to get it?

Not do. The only sport I ever watch is snooker and that's a very genteel affair.

Make a point of watching a favourite movie when it comes on the TV even though you've already got the DVD of it?

Not do. As a rule if I have the DVD, I prefer to watch it without being
interrupted by multiple commercial breaks.

Plan each week what programs will be watched on TV?

Do not, because I just don't watch much TV anymore. Sometimes I'll try to plan a movie night in advance, though. :)

Use a standing desk?

If they didn't go out earlier and they should before bed, then yes. Though sometimes a bit grumpily. :ymblushing:

Make several meals at one time?
