"Precious water" reminds me of Goldwater in Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
Just for curiosity's sake... I noticed that the Peacock Alliance is ruling out mods who were previously falsely accused. But just because a mod was innocent in a previous round, does that mean they still are? Or is the "Dragonish" infection spreading?
