Ah, yes, but what IS casting the spell, then? You're halfway there, but you seem to be caught on a hook.

Ah. The enchantment that shastastwin is under is clearly the enchantment that Rabadash uttered.

If you are looking for the kind of enchantment, I might suggest he turned into a donkey, but as I didn't see him at the scene of the crimes, I'm not sure.
