Short History: Traveler’s story begins some years ago, when he was living peacefully in a distant portion of Vayond. Traveler and his family lived in the forest, far from any villages. They hunted and fished for a living, selling the furs to make an income… they were happy. Their entire lives changed one night, when their home was set upon by bandits. Fearing that they would be murdered, or worse, they fled from their home, Traveler heading to the closest village, a distance of 30 miles by horse. His family was caught and he escaped. When he got to the village, no one would believe his tale, the guards laughed him off, and the two or three villagers that went back with him laughed at his tale when they saw that his house and barn still stood, untouched. There was no sign of the bandits, or his family. As he was left alone, he began to wander around their land, looking for his family. He found them all dead in the forest.

Stricken with grief, Traveler collected his sword, his traveling clothes, his journal, pens, and equipment needed for survival; and he left his farm, taking on the mantle of a Travelling adventurer, vowing to never let another suffer what he did, rejection, scorn… to chronicle their tales, and make them known. He left his name behind, calling himself… Traveler

Short History: Sephora grew up in a very poor home, always wanting and wishing to be rich. At the age of 18, she left her small home by the mountains, much to her parents’ chagrin, with plans to see the country. Life was rough and she started to pickpocket and steal money to buy food. A few other young people joined her eventually and her thieving grew to a travelling band of about 30 people, who she now calls “family.”
