*petting my rabbits and watching them play
*Amazing and understanding friends
*Learning about snakes and learning how to correctly identify a species I didn't know about before

Making the decision (after some years) to take out an old grapevine that has dominated my back garden, but being able to offer cuttings to friends.

Hearing from friends around the city, the country, and the world, while I'm sitting cosily in my home.

When my cat chooses to stay in for the night and share my (single) bed.

Finishing a piece of writing or work that I was doing.

When I wake in the morning to find my hair does not need to be straightened.
That first cup of coffee in the morning.
Finish marking that last assignment (of 100 that take a half-hour each).
