I voted Brunette (I think her hair should be very dark; maybe not quite black, but a darkish brown), brown eyes, and straight hair. I cannot imagine her with anything but straight her.

The only problem with that may be that the Pevensie's mostly had dark hair..... I think straight did suit her in the BBC version, but depending on the actress wavy may suit...

Re: Jill Pole: Appearance, Personality, and Portrayal
Jill_Pole, I agree. It will deffinately depend on the actor because they will have a 'look' and that may not be what we expect but i'm sure it will be great whatever she looks like...

Re: Jill Pole: Appearance, Personality, and Portrayal
Like I said before, I don't really mind what hair color, I just would advise the casting directors to stay away from brunette with blue eyes, because that would look like a Pevensie. But I think if she had curly hair, that would really be different and look good! Elanor, it does mention in one book something about her curls. I think it's LB? I'd have to check. I do like her in BBC, though.
Merry Christmas!

Even though I imagine her much different from the illustrations, I still hope she looks like the Pauline Bayne illustration.

Lilygloves I also really like how she is illustrated...she is a little shorter than Eustace, short hair, and somewhat skinny.
Evelyn,in SC when they are in Harfang and they are fooling the giants it said that she was shaking her curls like a child..I am not sure if that is the exact wording,I will look it up later.

I would like her with curls...but BBC Camilla Power was really good as Jill so I'm still hoping the (potential) new Jill would look similar!

Aslans Child: Thank you!! I'm glad you can follow my often incomprehensible gabble
I'm thinking either a head band or hair in a plait for school, if in a head band she could loose it in the chase between her and Scrub and "Them"
Or when sitting behind the gym crying, she could take it off and thats how they know she was there

I actually drew a picture of Jill behind the gym with a headband on.

I definitely think Jill should have a headband, then if she loses it in the chase, her hair will hide her tears.

yeah, I like the idea of a headband... and I love Jill_Poles idea of the band being lost when they are running away from 'Them'!
