Hi everyone,
When the travellers in VotDT meet Ramandu's daughter near the End of the World they aren't sure whether they can believe what she says or not. She replies "You can't know; you can only believe, or not". This is my all-time favourite quote from the Chronicles and seems to me to be the essence of faith. What do you think?
You can only believe, or not

That's what I always thought as well. One of the main reasons she's in my top favorite Narnia characters. It's brilliant because here's this very mysterious character that we don't know a lot about besides she's a half star who one day becomes Queen of Narnia and then is the reason of an avenging plot in the next story.
But yes that line really went on faith and trust. Most definitely.
