Prince Rabadash! He is so arrogant and selfish. He is the perfect villian!

Shift!!! I hate him. I hate hate HATE him. He's Lewis's best "bad guy" in my opinion. He's just so evil, I always wanted to slap him upside the face.

Now, if you actually meant "favorite" as in "love reading his words", Uncle Andrew wins. He's hilarious, in an evil way. But, as the poll said "Vilest", Shift wins for me.

Jadis is my favorite villain, with LOTGK coming in at a close second. I think witches make very good baddies and these two are so good at being bad. Jadis is cold, cruel, very powerful and completely ruthless. LOTGK is seductively evil and charming which makes her very powerful and dangerous as well! I also like Maugrim because he is so cool.

I would have to say I think Shift is the most "hateable" villain in Narnia.

Tash wins for me. Even though Jadis was supposed to represent Satan in LWW, Tash seems to be more like the devil: a spirit, horribly looking, and pure evil.

Number 2 for me would be the LotGK. One of the best kind of villian; someone who is beautiful, speaks softly, and covers her wickedness more than Jadis.

I definitely voted for the white witch Jadis.. She's so awesome and powerful - and her having no emotion toward anyone, unable to feel any pity or mercy for them, just makes her that much more terrifying.. O.o

I voted for Jadis/White Witch. I especially like her in MN. I just think that was wicked when she destroyed a whole world with just a word. I just also find it disturbing that she tried to use the Deplorable Word when on Earth against people, and when she stole a cab and rampaged through London.

Jadis's the first evil of all! so I choose her.
The only villian that tried to beat Aslan I think :ymdevil: . But it means nothing for the great Lion ^:)^

I said other. Mine would have to be the same in our world; sin. It is seen in all the books in different ways. And always points the sinner to their need for the Narnian redeemer; Aslan, and in our case, the earthly redeemer; Jesus.

I'm not really into enjoying their villainy, or pardoning their villainy on account of their brilliance, because I feel they were placed in the story to convey a deep purpose. Some were part comic relief, which is why Uncle Andrew gets a part vote from me. (and, too, he wasn't the direct villain in TMN; Jadis was.) I think he was one of the most well-developed semi-villains, considering he was nigh half mad, yet still had a large amount of villainy in him. Rabadash, also, had some funny moments. If judging who was over-all the most vile, as the poll states, I'd have to say Jadis strikes me as the worst. Maybe this is because LWW was the first book written and for that reason, she was the direct force of evil. Tash probably came off as the most frightening to me, Shift the most crafty; Jadis had a certain cold evilness. Even though I say "Jadis," pretty much all the major villains come off to me as vile/creepy/never-want-to-meet-this-person-without-Aslan-ever. ;))

The White Witch of course! She was so cold-hearted and mean it was hard not to see her as completely evil. I used to call her something else though :)

Jadis/White Witch, She was the first villain in Narnia!
She really is cold-hearted.
She destroyed all of Charn and put Narnia under the 100 years winter enchantment.
And I love how she ties into the overall story of Narnia. :)

Uncle Andrew gets second place! ;)

I voted for Jadis. I loved her fierce temper. And she has so little knowledge of how our world works, it made MN quite amusing. ;))

I also like Ginger and Uncle Andrew. :)

Jadis is the most evil of them all by far, but I voted for Miraz as my favorite. Why? I guess it's because it seems like you could run into someone like him in our world in some shape or form (as weird as that sounds :p ). I guess that might even apply to others on the list as well...
