Nice job, Trinity! I especially love the crown, it turned out fabulous!
I've got some progress on my chain skirt... this isn't the latest picture, I've got 1.5 more of the triangle gores done.

Wow, that looks fantastic, Verdaera! The chain mail is beautiful, and the color is spot-on! Good luck with finishing it.

Still working on it! It's been a 'side project' until now, but I' determined to finish it this year! I have two more triangle gores to go. Here's the latest progress shot:

FINALLY. It's been almost 4 years. I'm still working on the crown and wig, I'll be posting pics of the completed costume in September when I debut it at Dragon*Con!

I'm bringing it back next year, though we're going to have a mix of Caspian characters as well!

Re: White Witch Battle Garb
Hiya! Not sure if people still use this forum but I found it on google so thought I would post anyway!
I've just started making my Battle Jadis costume! I will be wearing this at the end of may to MCM London 2016.
I started by buying a lot of hair I'm lazy and didn't want to have to make the dreads for the wig myself, so I bought premade ones! I also bought a load of kanekalon for the mane so i can do the latchhooking method (ended up having to order 3 more packets as i ran out today oops!)

So yes I started last night on the mane! Went surprisingly quickly. From the first to the final image I would say it was about maximum 3 hours work. Had to stop though just a few loops from finishing all the front half as i'm out of hair. So the back just doesn't have any of the blonde hair yet!

Tomorrow I think I'm going to start making Jadis' leather cuirass. I'm using this metallic silver mesh fabric for the skirt because time money and effort for the real chainmail. The stuff is good though, when sprayed silver on the front and black on the back it can look very effective. Used it for chainmail for my Brienne of Tarth costume from Game of Thrones! http://imgur.com/iRCn7d7
But yes! Have enjoyed looking through the years of progress from you ladies here, and am looking forward to making this costume that I've literally wanted to for years haha. Hopefully it should get done quite quickly

Aaaaand it's finished! Was surprised how fast this process was haha! Going to dreadlock the ends a little bit, but apart from that it's done! Hopefully the rest of the costume should go quite quickly now

Re: White Witch Battle Garb
Great work megabethbob! The mane looks full and quite like the original. I'm looking forward to seeing how the rest of the costume progresses! Those dreads you bought look like they should work well for the wig.
And welcome to Narniaweb! (Sorry to be belated about it... )
Verdaera, your battle costume is a stunner! It really came together amazingly. Just the time it took to complete all that makes it impressive, but it's such a detailed costume too!
