I'm still "away for Christmas" so to speak, but I had to pop in and say these pictures are.... interesting. I'll be sure to get them uploaded sometime next week if none of the other newsposters get to them. :)

No, I think they are leaning forward away from the bells' noise and covering their ears to lessen the sound.

They sure look detached to me.

Well, looks like there will be a bit more going on than what is in the book on the Lone islands. I just hope they are able to keep the main idea of fooling Gumpas into thinking there are a lot more Narnians than there actually are. :-o

I agree...although I think Nicholas Greening said that they were of the Seven Lords, which makes it even more confusing. I don't really think the Lone Islands would've known about the Lords (especially since they didn't really "talk" to Narnia much) much, or even at all, except for Lord Bern. I guess these are just more pieces to the puzzle :-\

Could it possibly be statues on the Dawn Treader? :-\ 8-}

If this is when the crew gets captured by the slavers, I might actually like it. It would be more visually interesting then how they get captured in the book. If this has anything to do with the re-taking of the Lone Islands, I will be very upset. Talk about killing a scene. 8-|

On the bright side, I love the design! :ymapplause: It looks much more magical and otherworldly than the last two movies.

As far as upping the capture scene - I like that idea, to some extent anyways.

As to the bizarre head-holding statues... 8-| IMHO, there had better be a really good excuse for this outlined briefly in the movie, because I find it just too weird at this point.
