Yes, true. But it was only 9 years between LWW and LB, and we have already had 5!!
As long as we can believe Jill, Eustace and Lucy are under 20 in LB. And it's not so hard to make someone in early 20s look 16 or 17.

“Not all of us can choose what we give up. The things we love are taken or are never ours at all. If we’re lucky, life is defined not by what we let go, but what we let in: friendship and kind words, frailty and hope.”

I really don't think their ages are going to be that big of a problem, though it is true that the kid playing Eustace is already too old. I just hope at this point that they keep making the films.

IMO, Silver Chair should be next. That way audiences won't forget who Eustace and Caspian are and they won't get all mixed up in the timeline.
Then I think they are free to do whatever. One idea I had is that they make HHB and MN around the same time. It's a bit unrealistic and may make the quality of the movies worse though. Hmm, well, my original thought was have them made at the same time, cause it doesn't demand one cast to go between two films.... Though that doesn't really make much sense now. lol, it made sense in my head before I said it.
I personally think LB should be made last, mainly because you won't understand everything if you don't see the other films. Plus it will make a great ending to the franchise, series. Though doing HHB last, would be interesting. Audiences watch LB and thinks it's the last one, then they're like, "But wait! There's one more. "
I guess we'll have to see how VDT works out. Hopefully it's successful enough they'll continue making Narnia films.

I'd rather have TSC first. It's next chronologicallyl and I almost like it better than the HHB *gets ready for pies in her face*

If HHB was going to be made out of publication order, it would have been best second right after LWW. I remember we had quite a discussion about that back then. I think the SC and VDT are too closely linked to be separated. Also if they reference the story of HHB in SC like they did in the book, it provides a natural build up for that story.
