(wagga, once again the preposition makes all the difference - Graeme Obree is the author of Flying Scotsman, while Sally Magnusson is the author of The Flying Scotsman. )

(Valia, yes you are right. The book was not about the cyclist but about the athlete, Eric Liddell. But there are still umpteen books, even manuals, about the train, the "Flying Scotsman", my husband's first love, whether with a preposition or not. )
