Kings prefer their pizzas prepared by a professional chef.

Lords, ladies and others might prefer the king provide the pizza when they attend court.

May the peasants have some pizza as well?

Normally, unless on a diet for health reasons, everyone can happily eat pizza, especially at joyous events like the birth of a baby.

Of course, in that case, there should be more than enough pizza for everyone!

Parmesan cheese, whether grated or sprinkled on top, is delicious, not only on pizza but on spaghetti bolognaise, and other Italian-style cookery.

Restrictions on pizza eating must, of course, be applied to the baby, when the occasion is a birth.

Some people, diagnosed with coeliac disease, might need specially made gluten-free pizza bases to keep them healthy.

True, but what about the ones who DON'T need specially made gluten-free pizzas, what should we do about them?

Usually those who don't need special diets, such as gluten-free can take their choices from any range of pizza available.

Vegans, on the other hand, choose to restrict their food choices for reasons other than food allergies or sensitivities.

Whether you need a specialty pizza or pepperoni, there's a pizza out there designed to tickle your tastebuds--and I think that's the great thing about pizza. :)

Xenophobes wouldn't have this problem, because most of them would only eat food specific to their own country or region - apart from those from Italy I guess!

Yet Xenophon, an ancient Greek writer and Persian soldier, was used to eating whatever he could find, and so would have been happy to tuck into a pizza.

Zapping a leftover pizza slice in the microwave can make the crust unpleasantly tough, but that's still better than eating just whatever you can get your hands on.
