Blackadder was one of Rowan Atkinson's funny historical characters in a series which has been televised and probably put on DVD.

Classic films are often my favorite, especially if they're from the 30s and the 40s.

Ditto! Those classic, black and white films are so much better than most of the films now.

Especially films by Frank Capra; he was a brilliant director!

Gone with the Wind is supposed to be a very good film, but I've never seen it.

Jimmy Stewart is one of my favorite classic film actors; Mr. Smith Goes to Washington and The Shop Around the Corner are two of his films and they're great.

Last year I saw the Jimmy Stewart film No Highway in the Sky and thought it was a lot of fun. :)

One suggestion I have is to start with something light-hearted, like "Arsenic and Old Lace".

People really seem to love that one, ram, but unfortunately I've never had the chance to see it.

Querying internet movie sites might offer additional insight as to classic movies you might like.
But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.
