And what a segment! :). That was beautiful. Is this intended to be a long visit, or only a short one?

Errr... what I have seen of your story is intriguing. How exclusive is this club?

Ravenbrook, it's not :). Anyone is welcome to join. We love having new writers join in. :) If you have any questions about the story and the setting, just ask. :) Any of us will be more than happy to help.

New segment up. *fesses up sort of* ;))

Great posts, everyone! :) I loved the use of the hymn in your post, stargazer. I totally ditto Aravanna; it's wonderful how we can incorporate things like hymns, verses, poems, etc. into the Ditto Story, and you do it so well! :) And Kat...you're beginning to drive me slightly crazy with your posts. :p I sooo want to think it is who I think it is, but I have a feeling you're just messing with my mind so I don't know what to believe!! X( ( :P ;) )

And Ravenbrook, welcome to the Ditto Story! :) Yup, if you're interested, we'd love to have you join us! :) (BTW, have you checked out the links in the first post of this thread? There's some more background information about the Ditto Stories, if you're interested. :) )

Okay, my next post is up, and my next one is going up next week. (The week's there for the sake of my collaborators. :P :) ) I'm soo glad this one's up; the last line is one of my favorites of all the ones I've ever written. ;))

Hi Ravenbrook! Always nice to see new folks interested...how much have you read?

By the way, random question: is your name from the story of Elijah by the Cherith brook?

Thank you, I was just making certain. Didn't want to barge in.

And I'm afraid my name doesn't have nearly as noble an origin, but thank you for asking JillPole.

I love your segments so far, Ravenbrook! :D :ymapplause: I love your writing style, and the world you've established seems fascinating. I'm curious to see how it all plays out--definitely looking forward to more! :)

*Is also glad that they were posted during a two-day stretch when she doesn't have much homework* :p

Oy, I need to post again but I can't seem to get any words down. :ymtongue:

I hope I'm not holding anybody up with my absence. I don't think I am but I'll try to get up another post sometime this week.

;)) And now for the main "reveal" of our little plot line. Or well... part of it anyways. ;))

'gazer's up next with a new segment. :D

I'll comment on the other segments soon. I'm sorry I've taken so long to get to them. :ymblushing:

Happy anniversary, JP! :D :ymapplause: :ymhug: It's been a great five years, but I can't believe they've gone by already! :p :)

Okay, I posted my last of my completely-written segments as of now. :P I'm working on the next one, though, and I think it should be done soon. I'll let you know! :)
