Very neat! I love the text in the background, and how it fades out around the edges. The main text is a good style and position, although I might have made it stand out a little more. It depends on if you wanted the wallie to be more soft, but you could have opted to sharped the image and pan out a little bit more. Personal preference, and I still think it is a good wallie.

Nice wp Lucy P. Design and layout look good. Personally, I would have moved the image of Edmund a little more off center to the right (and be a tad smaller), but that's just me. Lighting and coloration look good. Seems a bit dreary though for the overall mood of the piece (though, your overall thinking may be different than mine. I would be interested in knowing your thought process for this piece). Text works well with your choice of imagery: in layout, concept, and coloration. Font choices and layout within the lines of text also look good. Nice work .

Thanks for the C and CC everyone!
I'll guess I'll tell you about my thought process for this one, Lion's Emblem, but it's kind of embarrassing because the truth is I didn't have one at all.
I picked up the picture of Ed from Spareoom.net, cropped it, and fooled with the coloring until I felt satisfied. Then I googled for a quote which would describe Edmund, but I couldn't find one I liked so I made up a phrase myself.

Really nice!! I love the picture of Edmund you used, and the fonts you used on the words look awesome.
Just curious, but what are the cursive words in the background?

Oh wow! I was honestly stunned when I opened the link. Absolutely stupendous! No joke. Great job! I noticed that the picture was called edmundbeach4.png...Were there anymore Edmund beach wallpapers? I would love to see them.
P.S. It really is extravagant!
