Wallpaper Contest - Greater Love

Hello, hello! Welcome to a new month and a new wallpaper contest!

As Valentine's Day is coming up in two weeks, it only seems fitting that the theme of this contest go along with that. Therefore, the theme we have chosen is 'Greater Love'.

Some of you have entered these contests before, and you know it's not complicated. All you must do is design a standard size, Narnian wallpaper which portrays this theme, and enter it for a chance to win bragging rights!

Now, every good contest must have some rules. So without furthur ado...

Rule #1: No comments will be allowed in this thread as we do not want our judges becoming biased by people's comments. Any comment found will be deleted immediately. After the judges have announced the winners, users will be permitted to post comments.

(Rule #1.5: To go along with the first rule, no questions will be allowed in this thread. If you have a question, or if something in the rules is not clear to you, feel free to PM me or one of the other Fan Art moderators.)

Rule #2: All entries must be received by February 14th. Any entry not received by 11:59 P.M. on February 13th will be disqualified. No late entries will be accepted.

Rule #3. All wallpapers must be 1024x768. No larger, no smaller. All wallpapers must be thumbnailed or linked (do not post your wallpaper directly on the forum). Directions for doing so can be found in the Fan Art's "Got Questions, Get Answers" thread, or by PMing a Fan Art moderator.

Rule #4. The theme of "Greater Love" will be the core of this competition. The judges will be looking for the piece of artwork that best represents that idea. You may represent that through the text utilised on your wallie, or by the images you choose, but it must be represented somehow in order for it to be considered for judging.

The judges for this competition will be MissAdventure, Malkah, and Djaq. On February 14th, the Fan Art mods will close the thread so that no new entries may be receieved. The judges will then deliberate for a maximum of one week before the thread is reopened and the winners are announced. There will be a first, second, and third place, as well as an honorable mention.

I, for one, am looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Edit: I got the images from Spareoom.net and the quote on the bottom is from PC by C.S. Lewis (but you probably already knew that. )
Edit 2: I got to thinking that although what I was trying to say with the words and the pictures is perfectly clear to me it might not be clear to other people. In case anyone wants clarification, I have explained my reasoning below. If it is clear, then you don't have to read the explanation.

I equated "lion sized love" with "greater love". "Mouse sized love" would then be "great love" I thought of the PC quote because I remembered that Aslan was going to restore Reep's tail because of the love of his people to him and what had happened at the stone table. I remembered the quote slightly wrong because I thought it "love" instead of "kindness" in the part about the eating of the cords. I realized however that it would still work. In order for Reep's people to love him, Aslan had to love Edmund / Narnia enough to die on the stone table, the mice had to show their kindness (which can be seen as an act of neighborly love), and Aslan had to make them talking mice.

Hello folks,

Here's my entry! The base images were from the Narniaweb image gallery.

Most of the editing was done using the GIMP, with some noise reduction and skin smoothing done in Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2.
