Prince Caspian 3rd birthday - book cover

Hello... *peeks in shyly* Does anyone remember me still...? No...? I thought so... But well, I'm back after a shamefully long, too long time of absence!

Today is the third birthday of Prince Caspian movie, and to celebrate, I drew up a graphic with my faithful tablet, a design for a cover of the book, which struck me over a year ago but never got finished.

I love the book and the movie both, and Caspian always was my favourite character, both in the books and in the movie. His human nature, Hamletic struggles in PC, wonderful journey in VoDT, life of hope and tears, and immense courage, and so much more, make me love him to death. Therefore, this book cover is about the boy in the title, the boy who believed in fairytales, blew the horn and gave Narnia back it's freedom

I take it you somehow remember me? Oh, thank you so much! By the way, it is referenced from a screenshot, the very one that inspired me for the cover - the Dancing Lawns is one of my very favourite scenes in both the book and the movie, the very heart and turning point of the story

I'll be doing a series of 'round' portraits for LWW, PC and VoDT, like the one of Rilian I did for SC once long ago, sometime back in Stone Age.

I love making graphics and drawings, I'm trying to gather a portfolio and try out for an illustrator of children's books Anyway, thank you so much!!! I'm so happy you like this cover! When I saw a screencap of this scene that I made, it instantly inspired me to make a book cover with tablet based on it

Oh, the LWW and VoDT covers will be less like covers and more like the round thing I did with Rilian, remember, the drawing with Rilian in a circle made of serpent eating his own tail? I'm making the same styled drawings for LWW, PC and VoDT. I might do HHB as well, though I don't have the concept for it yet. Thank you again!

Not remember you, my friend!? *scoffs* But of course I remember you! Who could forget you!? *looks around for anyone who could forget you* That's what I thought. No one can!

Brilliant Graphic! Simply amazing as always! You always swoop in and dazzle us with your talent with the tablet. Not to mention the coloring and the shading and things. Seriously, it's truly stunning. You did a magnificent job making it appear as a book cover. The background has a 'bookish' graphic feel, which seems to fitting, and appealing, and Caspian himself is wonderful. I love the details you poured into his clothes, and the folds on his shirt are wonderful! Talk about looking touchable! His hand now, looks humanly real, you did great job with it and fantastic work with the horn! It's amazing.

Caspian's face is also done wonderful, and his hair, ah, great job! I LOVE that you included all the colors from the movie in his clothing.

Yet again another image to added to my collection of amazing art. *hugs* It's beautiful!

The book cover looks wonderful! You did a very realistic job, especially on his shirt and cloak. I also like the soft fade at the lower and right edges - quite appropriate.
I would really like to see this as an actual cover.
